Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with EClinicalWorks EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members, manage check-in process.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals.
• Update electronic medical records with patient information.
• Obtain medical records and upload to EMR system.
• Perform intake, measure vital signs, and assist with exams.
• Assist with patient communication and PCP coordination.
• Support with front office tasks and patient phone calls.
• Provide basic first aid and CPR under supervision.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and proper documentation.
• Assist with center events as needed.
