Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certification eligibility for CMA/AMT/NCCT/NRCMA/NHA within six months of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years experience in a relevant role.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow through the clinic by escorting patients and preparing exam rooms.
• Assist with procedures such as ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and specimen collection.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and vaccine/medication inventory.
• Promote patient satisfaction and confidentiality through professional interactions.
• Perform delegated procedures in a safe and efficient manner.
• Handle all other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
