You’ll work in a fast-paced ambulatory setting with a focus on patient satisfaction, safety, and teamwork.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification and 0–2 years of relevant experience; on‑the‑job training and tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current certification eligibility for CMA, RMA, NCCT, NHA, or NRCMA within six months.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills and basic office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow and accurate vitals per standards.
• Assist with ECGs, venipuncture, immunizations, and CLIA‑waived testing as directed.
• Maintain exam rooms, inventory, and supplies; uphold safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with patients and care team to support timely visits.
• Perform delegated procedures safely and in accordance with protocols.
• Support overall clinic operations and administrative duties.
