The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, BLS/CPR certification, and 0–2 years of experience, with strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification within six months in CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA or NRCMA.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assures efficient patient flow by escorting to exam room, identifying patient, obtaining vitals and documenting details.
• Assists practitioners with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and specimen collection per protocol.
• Maintains clean exam rooms, inventories vaccines/medications, and assists with supplies.
• Communicates with patients and care team to support timely visits.
