Job summary

Jefferson Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice serving the Greater Connecticut area, is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide patient support before imaging exams. You’ll verify histories, discuss protocols, and assist with Interventional Radiology, MRI, and CT procedures.

Qualifications

• CPR (BLS) is required.
• 2+ years of prior medical office experience.
• Experience with Interventional Radiology, MRI, and CT procedures is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior support and assistance to patients as they prepare for Radiology exams, including Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Meet with patients to verify histories and discuss protocols for examinations and procedures.
• Assist with Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Assist with MRI and CT examinations.
