Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking Medical Assistants to join our team. This role offers hands-on clinical experience and a path to building a long-term career in the medical field.

You will work in a supportive environment with responsibilities including vitals, phlebotomy, injections, and lab duties, while assisting with clinic operations and front desk support. Two weeks of paid training are provided, and no certification is required to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 months of relevant medical experience (phlebotomy, injections, vitals) or completion of a 180-hour externship.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience with venipuncture and injections is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record manual vitals.
• Perform routine blood draws (phlebotomy).
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
• Maintain lab equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and perform quality control checks.
• Run in-house labs or prepare samples for outside testing.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and supply organization.
• Provide support to front desk operations when needed.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and providers.
