Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET/TASC).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required depending on specialty.
• 1+ year experience in clinical or customer service setting; degree may substitute.
• Computer skills with word processing and spreadsheets.
• EMR experience or aptitude to learn EMR-based workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage patient flow to optimize appointment availability.
• Greet and escort patients; measure vitals (BP, pulse, weight, height).
• Assist clinicians with routine procedures and tests; prep for exams.
• Update EMR with medical information, tests, and consultations.
• Provide patient education and inform about visit status and delays.
• Support MyHealth Online enrollment and patient communications.
• Place orders for labs/imaging and ensure proper documentation.
