Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or eligible within 6 months.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support such as pre-visit work, vital signs, and medication reconciliation.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient portal messages the same day per policy.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage charts and billing tasks.
