Job summary

Core Physicians, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time day shift in Exeter, NH. The role supports clerical, clinical and business functions under supervision, delivering patient-centered care.

You’ll perform pre-visit work, vital signs, vaccines, and chart documentation while maintaining a clean, stocked exam area and a patient‑friendly flow. A CMA/RMA/CCMA cert is required or expected within 6 months; BLS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School or GED completed.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or equivalent training within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties such as pre‑visit work and obtaining vital signs.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; maintain exam rooms.
• Manage patient communications and scheduling per policy.
• Document encounters and assist with prescriptions when ordered.
