Job summary

Core Physicians in New Hampshire is seeking a Medical Assistant for full-time, day shift coverage. The role involves clerical, clinical and business support under supervision, with responsibilities including vital signs, pre-visit work, vaccines and prescription handling.

Qualifications

• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or registration required or within 6 months of hire
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 6 months of hire
• High School diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical, clinical and business support under supervision of a nurse, PA, or physician
• Take vital signs and assist with examinations and procedures
• Conduct pre-visit work and medication reconciliation
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; ensure exam rooms are stocked and clean
• Respond to patient messages via portal the same day
• Administer vaccines, manage prescriptions and follow-up calls as needed
• Greet, check-in/out patients and manage scheduling and records
• Ensure compliance with Core Physicians policies and confidentiality standards
