Zusammenfassung

Core Physicians, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time day shift (7:30a-5:00p) Monday through Friday in the Seacoast region. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered and benefits begin on day one.

The MA will support clerical, clinical, and business functions under supervision, performing pre-visit work, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and exam room preparation while maintaining patient confidentiality and quality care standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School or GED required.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification/registration required or within 6 months of hire.
• BLS within 6 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Perform clinical duties such as pre-visit work, obtaining vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assisting providers with examinations and/or procedures.
• Clean and prepare instruments for sterilization and ensure exam rooms are stocked and cleaned.
• Respond to patient portal messages on the same day per messaging policy.
• Complete pre-visit work, vaccines, and prescription refills using standing protocols.
• May schedule pre-admission and diagnostic testing; place follow-up calls after surgery.
• Greet/check-in/check-out, schedule patients, answer phones, organize patient charts, and handle payments.
• Maintain Core Physicians policies, confidentiality, safety, and infection control; participate in daily huddle.
