Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrollment in Medcerts training program for CMA on-the-job training.
• CCMA Board Certification required within 12 months after completing apprentice program.

Responsibilities

• Earn education and certification as a Medical Assistant through a partnered program.
• Work in Wahpeton Clinic with hands-on clinical experience in primary care.
• Participate in a cohort-based training starting July 2026.
• Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
• Commit to a 1-year work obligation after program completion.
