Ascension's Elmbrook Medical Arts Center in Brookfield, WI is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to support physicians and nurses with examinations, treatments, and routine clinical duties. This role involves interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, preparing treatment rooms, and handling essential clerical tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Certified MA or LPN preferred; BLS within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Note: professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

What minimum requirements you’ll need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

32 hour per week / Days / MondayâFriday, hours vary between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays.

Expected to work within clinic hours, hours vary 6:45am - 5:15pm based on clinic needs.
