Job summary

Ascension Little Chute Clinic in Little Chute, WI seeks a Medical Assistant, CMA, or LPN to join our Family Practice team. You will support providers, prepare patients, document in electronic health records, and help maintain a clean, organized clinical space.

This full-time days position requires BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and a high school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of related experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient records, coordinate scheduling tasks, and maintain stocked, clean clinical areas.
• Experience as Medical Assistant, CMA or LPN is desired.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Collaborate with physicians and registered nurses to deliver essential patient care and assist with various clinical procedures and treatments.
• Prepare patients and exam rooms by conducting initial interviews, accurately measuring and documenting vital signs, and ensuring a streamlined, ready environment for the provider.
• Document patient care journeys, clinical data, and all necessary information in high-quality, accurate electronic health records to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage practice operations by organizing patient records, coordinating basic clerical and scheduling tasks, and ensuring clinical areas are consistently well-stocked and clean.
• Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse experience desired.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
