Job summary

Ascension's Highland Clinic in Mequon, WI is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support the Primary Care department. You will perform clinical duties under supervision, interview patients, record vital signs, and handle light clerical tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

• BLS Provider certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) within 1 month of hire date.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

• 36 hours a week | M-F | No weekends or holidays
• Prior Medical Assistant experience preferred
