Job summary

A minimum of one year experience as a Medical Assistant or EMT-Paramedic is preferred; CPR is favored. Travel to satellite locations may be required, and a sign-on bonus is available for select positions through 2026.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtaining vitals.
• Entering patient information into electronic medical record (EMR).
• Setting up and assisting with office procedures.
• Chaperone providers during patient examination.
• Taking pre‑op and post‑op photos of patients.
• Maintaining surgical instruments and transporting instruments to Central Sterile (CSS).
• Processing surgical specimens and transporting them to Pathology.
• Maintaining and stocking exam rooms.
• Ordering clinical supplies.
• Completing FMLA and Disability forms.
• Cleaning and resetting exam rooms.
