• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand patient flow and anticipate providers’ next steps.
• Prepare rooms before and after patients and check equipment at the beginning of each shift.
• Provide pre-care and post-care treatment instructions.
• Scan retail, cosmetic products, and medical supplies and alert management about low supplies.
• Perform inventory responsibilities and stock supplies and equipment.
• Attend in-house training and continued education opportunities.
