Responsibilities

• Inventory supplies and alert Head MA/GM to low stock.

Job description

• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients and respective providers
• Assist physicians in medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures
• Assist providers in recording prescribed treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions, prior authorizations, and procedures within established guidelines
• Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate providers’ next steps
• Prepare rooms before and after patients, including checking equipment at the beginning of each shift
• Provide pre-care and post-care treatment instructions
• Scan retail and cosmetic products and medical supplies daily and alert Head MA and/or GM about low supplies
• Perform inventory responsibilities and stock supplies and equipment as requested
• Attend in-house training and continuing education opportunities

• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends
• Availability Monday through Friday
