Job description

Join to apply for the Medical Assistant role at USA CLINIC SL.

As a Medical Assistant, you will support patient care and clinic operations across four Miami area clinics, including some Saturday shifts. Your responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and performing receptionist duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Greet patients and assist with forms.
  2. Use clinic computer hardware and software.
  3. Ensure patient needs are met and questions answered.
  4. Maintain clean and ready procedure rooms.
  5. Assist during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures.
  6. Prepare patients and post-procedure instructions.
  7. Monitor and restock supplies.
  8. Apply sterile techniques and OSHA regulations.
  9. Prepare IV solutions.
  10. Train new staff as needed.
  11. Assist ultrasound staff.
  12. Perform receptionist duties.
  13. Work flexible hours, including overtime and at any clinic location.

**Requirements:**

  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to commute to Hallandale, Hialeah, and Tamarac.
