Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Maple Grove and Woodbury locations. The role balances patient needs with efficient office workflow and provides support to physicians before, during, and after procedures.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, and a competitive compensation package. Must have a High School Diploma and 2–5 years of clinical MA experience; CMA/RMA/CCMA certification is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival and ensure a positive experience.
• Document vital signs, medical history, and clinical data in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection within scope of training.

Position Summary

As a Medical Assistant, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures - before during and after. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Locations: Maple Grove & Woodbury clinics
• Compensation: $22-$25/hr
• Paid training

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR)
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• 2-5 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant required
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, required
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, required
• Fluency in Spanish & English preferred
