We are seeking a MEDICAL ASSISTANT to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and value quality patient care, this could be your ideal position.

• Location: Chandler - Dobson and Chandler Blvd
• Travel: Weekly travel to Sun Lakes and Casa Grande; mileage reimbursement for Casa Grande
• Schedule: (4x10s) or (3x10s and 2x5s), 40 hours, M-F, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hour

Position Summary

Assist physicians with patient care activities in a medical office setting.

Essential Functions

1. Verify chart accuracy before patient visits.
2. Follow MA protocols and clinical procedures based on diagnosis or procedures.
3. Update patient records with medications, allergies, social and family history.
4. Obtain vital signs, EKGs, and rhythm strips as needed.
5. Maintain supply inventory in exam rooms.
6. Cross-train for diagnostic testing as needed.

Safety-Sensitive Position

This role is safety-sensitive under Arizona law.

Travel

Local travel between Tri-City locations during the workday is required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Medical Assistant diploma
• Current BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous MA experience
• Cardiac experience
• Medical Assistant certification
