Primary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will handle patient vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, and front office duties. Experience with insurance and VOB is valued.

Administrative Duties:

• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Conduct follow-up calls on patient progress.
• Refer complex requests to appropriate staff.
• Maintain excellent patient service and environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies.
• Scan and upload documents.
• Train staff on procedures as needed.
• Support clinic marketing efforts.

Clinical Duties (credentials dependent):

• Obtain vitals, perform EKG, phlebotomy, administer IM injections.
• Prepare lab forms and handle results.
• Assist with patient referrals.
• Document patient notes in EMR.
• Follow-up calls regarding patient progress.
• Other clinical duties as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• Training in exercise (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
