Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update information.
  • Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Take vital signs, draw blood, and administer injections.
  • Prepare examination rooms and stock equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate EMR records.
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and referrals.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, meds, and preventive care.
  • Support in-office procedures and egg retrievals as needed.
  • Assist OR with sterile setup and flow.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Arkansas in Bentonville, AR. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update their information.
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Perform diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are stocked and ready.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
  • May assist with in-office procedures and provide critical support during egg retrievals and other outpatient procedures.
  • May prepare, maintain, and assist within the Operating Room (OR), ensuring sterile technique, proper equipment setup, and smooth clinical flow.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Education & Licensure:
