Responsabilidades

• Take inbound calls from clients experiencing medical situations while traveling.
• Provide calm, clear guidance and emotional reassurance to clients and families.
• Coordinate medical services including referrals and travel arrangements.
• Liaise with medical professionals and global assistance partners to arrange care.
• Assess situations and act within policy and guidelines.
• Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment, prioritising as needed.
• Document case details and client interactions accurately in systems.
• Maintain a consistently positive, professional client experience.
