Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a proactive Travel Care Specialist to act as the frontline support for travellers, coordinating risk mitigation and timely assistance across medical, security, and travel operations. You will handle calls, referrals, and case documentation while guiding clients through disruptions and claims processes.

The role emphasizes English fluency, customer service experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• English fluency with excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication.
• Customer service experience in travel/airline or similar.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to multi-task across systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support and coordinate emergency evacuation and general assistance requests.
• Coordinate referrals for medical, logistics, and travel needs.
• Manage travel disruptions such as flight cancellations, delays, and baggage issues.
• Monitor patient status and share updates with families and companions.
• Arrange medical evacuations with network teams and medical case management.
• Document case handling thoroughly and accurately.
• Support translation and communications across channels.
• Initiate assessments and file claims on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with and support provider network onboarding/evaluation.
