Job summary

California Medical Business Services, LLC. is hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative - Level Two for our Huntington-Hill Imaging Center in Arcadia, CA. The role supports the Billing team with insurer and patient communications and revenue recovery.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:20am–4:00pm, with occasional Saturday overtime. A remote work option may be available after the introductory period and goal attainment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of medical billing and collections experience.
• Experience in an office setting using telephone and computer.
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute and basic 10-key with math skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficient with CMBS billing software Imagine.
• Verify claim status on unpaid claims and take action on denial codes.
• Complete insurance appeals via website or paper forms.
• Process an average of 30 accounts per day and follow up on claims >45 days.
