Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources, Inc. is seeking Medical Appointment Clerks for Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota.

The role supports patient scheduling with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities and a strong customer service focus. You'll work with medical staff to ensure timely appointments, verify demographics, and maintain scheduling records, with competitive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or GED or education equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Medical scheduling or healthcare administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling needs.
• Verify patient eligibility and demographic information.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient care.
