Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking Medical Appointment Clerks to support Ellsworth Air Force Base in Rapid City, SD. Join a team dedicated to timely appointments and top-notch customer service for military personnel and families.

The role offers Monday–Friday shifts between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with full-time and part-time opportunities. No nights, weekends, or federal holidays, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and sick leave.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Medical scheduling or healthcare administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling needs.
• Verify patient eligibility and demographic information.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient care.
