  • Familiarity with medical content review and approval workflows.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements within Medical Affairs organizations.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Medical Affairs business and technology initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.

  • Partner with Medical Affairs leadership, Medical Information teams, Medical Communications teams, MSL organizations, and IT stakeholders.

Primary (Must have skills):
  • Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs functions.
  • Knowledge of Medical Information, Medical Communications, Medical Education, Publications, and Field Medical operations.
  • Understanding of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) activities and scientific engagement processes.
