Medical Affairs Operations Manager - Grants

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Medical Affairs Operations to support a high-volume, fast-paced grants and sponsorship environment. This individual will operate with a high degree of independence and serve as a key operational partner across Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholders.

This role will primarily manage Independent Medical Education (IME/CME), corporate sponsorships and donations, and patient advocacy grants, ensuring compliant execution from intake through closeout.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs Operations, Grant Operations, or Medical Education within disease or biotech environments.
• Strong working knowledge of CME/ACCME regulations, sponsorships, and industry compliance standards.
• Experience with grants management systems (e.g., iEnvision, CyberGrants, Veeva Events CRM or similar).
• Ability to manage high volume, multiple priorities, and tight timelines independently.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong compliance mindset.
• Comfort working across global and cross-functional teams.
