Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking an experienced Manager, Medical Affairs Operations to oversee grants and sponsorship programs, including independent medical education and corporate sponsorships. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with strong knowledge of CME and regulatory requirements. This fast-paced role requires exceptional project management and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry with focus in medical affairs operations or grant management.
• Experience with CME and regulatory requirements (ACCME, healthcare professionals, compliance).
• Experience in rare disease biotech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage grants and sponsorship programs including IME, corporate sponsorships, and patient advocacy initiatives.
• Drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Learn systems quickly and manage high volumes.
