Job summary

Alamance County Government is seeking an Income Maintenance Caseworker III – Adult Medicaid Trainer/QA to design and deliver engaging training that equips staff to serve customers confidently. You will stay updated on policy changes, provide hands-on coaching, and help ensure high-quality work through reviews and process improvements.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with NC FAST as a technical resource and support supervisors by evaluating case assessments to maintain consistent

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or higher, related field.
• Experience in income maintenance programs.
• Two+ years as Income Maintenance Caseworker.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training and technical assistance to income maintenance staff; interpret policy changes and guide staff through updates.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of Medicaid cases to ensure compliance and identify training needs.
• Stay current on Medicaid and Economic Services program policies and ensure accuracy in case determinations.
