Job summary

Qualifications

• Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 3 years+ experience creating reports using Tableau, MS Access, Cognos or Power BI.
• 3 years+ experience querying/analyzing data with SQL, PL/SQL or Python.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating test plans/test cases.

Responsibilities

• Review and assist in developing testing requirements and test plans.
• Create and implement UAT and regression testing for system changes.
• Define user requirements and create supporting documentation.
• Develop ad hoc reports to support analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate activities among SMEs, policy staff and business owners.
• Facilitate meetings to ensure mutual understanding of requirements.
• Research, propose and test system solutions for identified issues.
