Qualifications

• This position requires strong analytical and testing capabilities with experience in aligning business needs with IT solutions.
• Experience designing and executing test plans and test cases for web applications.
• Background in requirements analysis, data analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and assist in development of testing requirements and test plans.
• Create and implement user acceptance and regression testing for WMS System Changes and MECM implementation.
• Define user requirements; create documentation to support projects.
• Research, propose, and test systems solutions to identified user and systems issues.
• Create ad hoc reports utilizing various databases to support analysis and reporting for internal and external customers.
• Assist in defining process improvement through the identification of policy, process and systems gaps.
• Coordinate project activities and the resolution of action items for multiple stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate meetings between SMEs, policy development staff, and business owners to ensure mutual understanding of requirements
