Qualifications

• 60 months experience creating reports/analyzes with BI tools (Tableau, Access, Cognos, Power BI or similar).
• 60 months experience querying/analyzing data using SQL/PL-SQL/Python or similar.
• 18 months working with stakeholders to create robust web app test plans and test cases.
• 18 months creating, managing and executing functional and regression test scripts.
• 18 months defect tracking with JSM/Jira or similar tool.
• 18 months analyzing business requirements with technical/policy teams to identify gaps.
• 12 months help desk experience documenting, troubleshooting, resolving software issues.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related majors.
