Job summary

Accylerate, LLC. is seeking a Medicaid QA Test Manager to lead QA activities for the HR1 Medicaid project. You will design the test strategy, plan, execute, and report on E2E testing across MMIS, MES, and COTS integrations, coordinating with state agencies, business teams, and vendors.

You will manage SIT/UAT/E2E across multiple systems, develop test data, ensure data integrity, and drive defect triage and resolution. Strong communication and executive reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with mainframes and large-scale Medicaid systems.
• Ability to coordinate SIT, UAT and E2E testing on large projects.
• Experience designing test scenarios and creating test data.
• Strong defect tracking, metrics, and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing efforts with business teams to collect user scenarios and test cases.
• Oversee SIT, UAT and E2E testing for MMIS and MES modules and COTS integrations.
• Manage defect triage, tracking, and post-test assessments to ensure issue resolution.
• Provide test readiness reviews, execution metrics, and test summaries to stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors, system integrators, and agencies to communicate progress and risks.
• Identify risks early and maintain testing standards and documentation.
• Support PMO with project oversight and overall QA governance.
