Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager-Medicaid to lead state-relations and governance for our North Dakota Medicaid line of business. You will act as the primary external contact, aligning internal teams to deliver on commitments and drive outcomes.

You will build trusted partnerships with state agencies, manage risk, and drive strategic initiatives across a highly matrixed organization, including cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing with 10 years of health plan/account management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic account relationships with customers and internal stakeholders including government/state agency partners.
• Knowledge of Medicaid managed care programs and relationships with state Medicaid agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated leadership for state relations, stakeholder engagement, and governance to operate a North Dakota Medicaid line of business.
• Serve as primary external contact for stakeholder relationships and coordinate with Operations Manager on performance, compliance and execution.
• Understand client and state agency needs, recommend strategies and programs to achieve objectives while anticipating needs.
