Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Medicaid to lead government relations, governance, and stakeholder engagement. This role bridges Cambia with state agencies to ensure successful Medicaid programs, especially in North Dakota, with a hybrid schedule and offices across multiple states.

The position requires a strong background in Medicaid programs, strategic planning, and presentation delivery to diverse internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing with 10+ years’ health plan/account management experience.
• Experience servicing large group accounts or equivalent combination of education and practice.
• Strong track record in Medicaid managed care and government partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead state relations, stakeholder engagement, and governance for the North Dakota Medicaid line.
• Serve as primary contact for external stakeholder relationships; align with internal ops.
• Assess client/state agency needs and recommend strategic programs to meet goals.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align external commitments with internal delivery.
• Proactively manage escalations and risks, developing contingency plans.
• Monitor regulatory, market, and competitive changes to adjust strategy.
