The candidate will direct a large contact center workforce, oversee operations, and drive staff development while engaging clients on new initiatives and forecasts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in service delivery and operations.
• 6+ years of experience in health care administration management.
• 5+ years in a director-level role.
• In-depth knowledge of Managed Care, Medicaid, CHIP, and low-income populations.
• Familiarity with New Jersey health care, social services, and demographics.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and process improvement.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Travel up to 5%.

Aufgaben

• Manage performance of 350 full-time contact center employees, including 250 transaction processors.
• Oversee inbound mailroom and outbound print mail vendor delivery.
• Engage weekly with the client for performance updates.
• Partner with clients on new initiatives.
• Coach and develop operations managers.
• Develop staffing plans based on long-range forecasting.
• Ensure training procedures are followed and staff delivery on schedule.
• Build data-driven improvement plans and drive implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a financial forecast.
