Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information technology, project management, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex healthcare, Medicaid, government, or technology programs of similar size and scope.
• 10+ years’ experience in managerial and leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full system development life cycle, including planning, requirements, design, configuration, testing, implementation, stabilization, and operations.
• Experience managing provider enrollment, provider management, Medicaid Enterprise Systems, MMIS, or other healthcare administration programs
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, contractual obligations, deliverables, budgets, risks, issues, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and coordinating with government agencies, system integrators, and other implementation partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate effectively in a high-visibility, time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to pass required background checks and comply with applicable privacy, security, HIPAA, and data-access requirements.
• Ability to support operational readiness activities, UAT, implementation, production deployment, and other client-required activities.
• Ability/flexibility to travel to onsite meetings, and to client site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a complex provider enrollment and management program.
• Ensure successful program execution, including delivery on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual commitments and client expectations.
• Coordinate program activities across operations, technology, project management, business analysis, testing, training, and other functional areas.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with standards and client objectives.
• Lead transition from development to steady-state operations with readiness, staffing, procedures, and support processes.
• Establish and maintain risk, issue, dependency, change, escalation, and decision-management practices.
• Lead program readiness activities, including implementation planning, go-live preparation, and stabilization.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to meet contractual requirements.
• Prepare and present status reports, executive briefings, and financial updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop service-improvement initiatives to enhance provider experience, efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business Development to support client growth and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS requirements, and applicable regulations.
