Acentra Health is seeking a Program Director to lead the NY Medicaid Provider Services Management program, delivering strategic oversight of enrollment and operations to ensure on-time delivery, budget alignment, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate across operations, technology, project management, and QA, manage risks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and state regulations while partnering with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, IT, PM or related field.
• 7+ years managing complex healthcare/Medicaid/government/tech programs.
• 10+ years in managerial/leadership roles.
• Experience with full SDLC: planning, design, testing, deployment, operations.
• Experience with provider enrollment, Medicaid/MMIS, or related programs.
• Proven client relationship, contract, budget, risk, and performance management.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and coordination with agencies/partners.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-visibility, time-sensitive settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the NY Medicaid PSM program.
• Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and per contractual commitments.
• Serve as primary liaison between client and internal teams, managing relationships.
• Coordinate activities across operations, technology, PM, business analysis, testing, training.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and issues, drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS requirements and federal/state regs.
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing to meet contractual needs.
• Prepare and present status reports, executive briefings, and financial updates.
• Lead readiness activities: implementation, go-live, stabilization and transition.
