Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a detail-oriented associate to interview uninsured/under-insured patients and determine Medicaid eligibility. You will assist with completing applications and follow up to ensure timely billing or adjustments.

This on-site role supports hospital revenue cycle functions in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Qualifications include 1–2 years in healthcare, strong communication with patients, and openness to innovation including AI to improve processes.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Review referred uninsured/under-insured patients for program eligibility opportunities and coordinate the application process.
• Communicate with patients to obtain documents needed for the application.
• Follow up on submitted applications to ensure timely billing or adjustment processing.
• Document actions in patient accounting systems.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal program requirements and share with colleagues.
