Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Knowledge of medical/insurance concepts.
• Experience in Medicaid/provider enrollment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process Medicaid provider enrollment applications.
• Update provider records and conduct enrollment screenings.
• Resolve enrollment issues and answer provider inquiries.
• Collaborate with state Medicaid reps and Gainwell teams to meet standards.
• Use enrollment systems and MS Office for daily tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
