Job summary

The Provider Enrollment Supervisor at Gainwell Technologies will lead the Provider Enrollment team responsible for processing provider applications for Georgia Medicaid. You will manage day-to-day operations, staff, and ensure SLA adherence while coordinating with DCH leadership and internal teams.

You will supervise 20+ specialists, handle performance reviews, training, hiring, and salary administration, and develop desk procedures to improve enrollment workflows in a hybrid on-site/remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years supervising provider enrollment or credentialing for Medicaid/Medicare.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to lead staff.
• Experience with SLAs in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 20+ Provider Enrollment Specialists team daily.
• Oversee staff performance, training, evaluations, and time management.
• Manage provider enrollment operations and SLA delivery.
• Develop desk-level procedures for the enrollment team.
