Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time role to support Medicaid provider management with emphasis on assignment, reporting, and project coordination. You will lead work assignments, work with Network Operations-Intake, and coordinate with managers to ensure timely production and turnaround times.

Requires QNXT experience, 3+ years provider data systems knowledge, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. The position offers a 40-hour week, with a pay range of $18.50–$35.29 per hour, plus potential bonus

Qualifications

• QNXT experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share with across analysts.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management team focusing on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• Coordinate work across Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, claim pend assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and coordinate with manager on department production and turnaround times.
