Qualifications

• QNXT experience is required.

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share with across analysts.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• Lead work assignments and coordinate with manager on department production turnaround times.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration for intake and triage activities.
• Possibly extract and present information using Excel/PowerPoint for reporting.
