Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Medicaid Provider Data Services coordinator to support the provider management team. The role focuses on assignments, reporting, project coordination, and non-production activities within Network Operations-Intake and triage.

Qualified candidates have QNXT experience, 3+ years of experience with provider data systems, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to lead collaboration sessions and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• QNXT experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience with Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions and take detailed notes to share across analysts.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• Coordinate work across Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and collaborate with manager on department production and turnaround times.
