Requirements include QNXT experience, 3+ years in provider data services, advanced Excel, and solid PowerPoint skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected. Anticipated weekly hours: 40.

Qualifications

• QNXT experience required.
• 3 years of experience with Provider Data Services systems and other end-user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions and manage notes across analysts.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to share information effectively.

Responsabilités

• Support the Medicaid provider management team with assignments, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• Lead work assignments and coordinate with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
• Coordinate intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration to ensure timely delivery of reports.
