• Support Medicaid provider management with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• Coordinate and collaborate across Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and coordinate with the manager on production and turnaround times.
