• 3 years of experience with Provider Data Services systems (QNXT) and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to coordinate collaboration sessions and take detailed notes.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with assignments, reporting, and project coordination.
• Lead work assignments and coordinate with the manager on production and turnaround times.
• Coordinate intake, triage, and provider data assignments across teams.
